Do you know our speakers?
Pere Mercader and Miguel Angel Diaz are good friends and colleagues who have shared great moments and that has led them to take the step forward and join their knowledge and interests in this special course.
Pere Mercader: Pere began his career in veterinary medicine following in his father's footsteps, but soon discovered his affinity for numbers. After a stint in a multinational animal nutrition company, Pere focused on veterinary clinic management, addressing issues such as profitability, pricing, productivity and KPIs. His mission has been to help veterinary professionals obtain a fair economic return. Currently, Pere is largely dedicated to VMS, a company specializing in data analytics for the veterinary sector. Outside of work, he loves siesta, paddle tennis and Excel.
Miguel Ángel Díaz: Passionate about veterinary medicine, Miguel Angel has constantly sought ways to learn and grow in his field. Owner and manager of a hospital and team of 17 people in his 24-hour hospital, Pancho turned his steps towards the world of coaching, where he eventually became a certified coach. Today, he is fully dedicated to training and coaching in leadership and communication, specifically in the veterinary clinic setting. In his free time, he enjoys paddle tennis, fly fishing and, of course, a good ice cream.
