Elena García Martín - Vetpartners - Business Development Director - Barcelona-Spain

I am a clinical veterinarian and I was very curious and needed to know the veterinary sector, how the company works and give answers to many questions such as: should I incorporate a new service, will it be profitable to buy a device or when to incorporate a new partner.

I now know what leadership, team management and promoting a good work environment are.

Eladio Santamaría García - Veterinarian - Manager Clinica Veterinaria San Miguel - Cambados -Galicia - Spain

There are many aspects of the course that I will use in my day-to-day practice. This course has shown me another vision of management and it has been very interesting to know the opinion of other colleagues from different aspects of the profession.

The knowledge acquired is so enriching that it can be used not only in a veterinary clinic/hospital as such, but in life in general. Congratulations!

María Teresa Álvarez Guardia - Manager and Director of Albacora Veterinary Hospital in Jaén.

I have been working as a veterinarian for thirty years, almost 26 of which I have been in charge of my clinic, at first working alone, then with a small team and currently managing my hospital with 16 people in my charge. I have made all this journey with a lot, a lot of work and heart, but with little head.

When I saw this course I doubted whether it would be suitable for someone with so many years in the profession, but I must say that I loved it. I have learned many tools to carry out a more efficient management, it has opened my eyes to a lot of good ideas on how to improve the day to day of the Hospital and the team, I am excited to implement some techniques and methods that I think will change things a lot. I definitely recommend it.

David Massegur Yeste - Specialist Veterinarian and Manager Animalia Veterinary Clinic-Spain

There has been a before and after doing Pere and Pancho's course. For 5 years I have been trying to learn management topics, but I only got isolated things with books, articles and webminars. In the course, with its 8 modules, you touch all the topics and it allows you to have a very good perspective of the veterinary business.

It is highly recommended for clinical veterinarians who need theory and practice to run a veterinary clinic. I am very happy.

José Meana - Junior Veterinary Surgeon with interest in Management Hospital Veterinario Puchol - Madrid- Spain

My passion is surgery but I love management, and although I have done some MBAs in management, I have never done one specifically in veterinary medicine.

I loved the mix of economic management with coaching, something that is very interesting for managing teams. Highly recommended for young people as well as for colleagues with extensive experience.

Montse Perelló - Manager - Veterinary Hospital Avinguda L'Hospitalet de Llobregat - Barcelona-Spain

The lack of time and the thousand pending issues that bog you down in the day to day was the excuse I used to give myself for not signing up for the course since the first edition. Luckily I decided to do it now, it has been a great success because on the one hand I have made a good review of tools that I already knew and did not apply or that I did apply but in a different way and on the other hand, I have learned about new ones like the NPS that are easy to use and can be of great help.

What I'm sure I'm going to get a huge benefit from is being able to give all the staff ideas on how to improve communication with customers which is certainly one of the best ways to reduce complaints and increase customer satisfaction."

What kind of students have taken our course so far?

  • Are they all veterinarians?
  • Will they have previous management experience?
  • Will they work in independent centers or belong to groups?

Hello, I met them in Cartagena, Colombia and they are excellent people.

I would like to take the course but at this moment we do not have the resources and I wanted to ask if perhaps, some scholarships can be found to study the course.
    Happy day to you

    Thank you
