    Thank you Maria for explaining so clearly these four points. I have always thought that the challenge of our generation is to achieve that fourth point, good working conditions.
    For that the most difficult thing is to leave behind some beliefs that those who are not willing to do what we have done are useless...to move forward and improve we have to look for a different formula than the one we have had so far. Nice to see you and listen to you Maria
